6.1    B/20/0338  -  The application for siting 4no. Glamping Pods with associated highways access, car parking and wash block at land adjacent to Olcote, Scrane End North, for Mr & Mr A Drury. 

Note  -   No decision at present, several responses on the website.

6.2    B/20/0343 – The application for the proposed first floor extension at Lings Barn, Grovefield Lane for Mr & Mrs G Kime.

6.3    B/20/365 – The application to vary condition 2 (approved plans) on exiting permission B/19/0226 (Replacement two storey dwelling) at Richmond, Shore Road for Mr & Mrs Dawson.

6.4    B/20/0381 – The prior notification for the proposed change of use from an agricultural barn to residential at Croppers Lodge, Grovefield Lane.

6.5    B/20/0425  -  Application for proposed alterations and extension to existing dwelling including new vehicular access on to Mill Lane,  Change of use of land from agricultural to domestic to extend the existing domestic curtilage at Sequola, Mill Lane for Miss Amy Marshall.  (Note Councillor N Marshall has already declared interest)

6.7    B/20/0465  -  Application for prior notification for the proposed change o use of part of agricultural barn to light vehicle repairs at Shore Road, for Mr Nigel Marshall.  (Note Councillor N Marshall has already declared interest).

Note  -  This has now been withdrawn, awaiting a full planning application.
