1.1 B/20/0109 – Application for single storey side extension and replacement of rear conservatory at North Sea Camp. Granted.
1.2 B/20/0147 - Application for the erection of four bedroom dwelling with detached garage, including boundary fence and access at land adjacent to Laconia, Church Road for Mr M Shaw.
Comments sent in: Freiston Parish Council does not support this application, and as this plan is outside the village envelope no comments can be given.

1.3 B/20/0207 – Application for single storey extension at Almond Walk, Wainfleet Road for Miss Jo Dawson.

2.1 The clerk had presented the up-to-date accounts, each month, consulting with the chairman, and working with the precept allocation.
